Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund or exchange that product for another. However, we do extensively check the quality of every product prior to shipment. A $25 fee will be charged for a strap replacement fee if the watch has been worn. We accept returns within 90 days of the date of receipt. Any product you return must be in perfectly salable condition in the original packaging and unworn for a full refund. If any of the original packaging is missing such as the protective stickers, protective sleeve, cleaning cloth, or warranty card, you can be charged additional fees. This would be taken out of your refund. Made-to-order items are not returnable. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you as we complete the return process.
